Meet The Team

Malorie Davino | General Manager

Malorie joined the Garden Club management team in 2008, just after graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Throughout college, Malorie spent her summers on Cape Cod gaining experience in the hospitality industry at the Falmouth Yacht Club, where she began as the Club’s hostess, and quickly molded into the role of the dining room’s Assistant Manager.
Since working at the Garden Club, Malorie has thoroughly enjoyed building relationships with the members and their families, as well as working in an unpredictable and exciting environment that is the sports industry.

Tim Ferullo | Director of Admissions and Memberships

Tim joined the Garden Club team as our Director of Admissions and Memberships in August of 2016. In this role, Tim will not only focus on recruiting active new members and facilitating the admissions process, but will also work closely with the Management Team contributing ideas to enhance the overall membership experience.

Prior to the Garden Club, Tim attended Assumption College where he minored in Marketing and received a B.S. in Organizational Communication.  From there, he spent three years at the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau, working initially as their Sales, Marketing and Convention Services Assistant, and receiving a promotion shortly after as their Short Term Meetings Manager with his own territory.  Tim’s experience with client services, as well as his active involvement in local industry events to promote the GBCVB will be beneficial in his new role.

As an avid sports fan with an impressive knowledge of the industry, Tim is excited to experience his first season with us, and is very much looking forward to building relationships with current and new members.

Brad Darby | Member Relations Manager

As the Member Relations Manager, Brad will not only be your liaison for concert and family shows at the TD Garden, he will also work to optimize your membership experience by developing ticket strategies and promotions as well as growing our list of outside affiliations.

Prior to the Garden Club, Brad used his degree in Recreation Resource Management to become the Events and Activities Coordinator at Sunday River Ski Resort in Maine. From there he joined the startup world and worked with various technology companies in Boston, learning the core functions of growing a new business including operations, marketing, and sales.

Ultimately, his love for Boston sports and the desire to work in a more client-facing environment brought him to the Garden Club. As an avid Boston sports fan with a vast knowledge of the industry, Brad is excited to experience his first season with us and is looking forward to interacting with members, especially on game nights.
